Vouchers can be redeemed against products and treatments at The Beauty Spot, Saddlers Yard, Saddler Street, Durham, DH1 3NP.

The voucher can be exchanged for products and/or treatments up to the face value of the voucher.

The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.

If the value of the selected product and/or treatment exceeds the face value of the voucher the balance can be paid with cash, cheque, debit and credit card.

If the value of the selected product and/or treatment is less than the face value of the voucher, The Beauty Spot will provide a credit note for use at another time. Cash will not be given for the remaining balance.

All vouchers are stamped with the date of purchase. All vouchers must be redeemed within 6 months of that date. The Beauty Spot retains the right to refuse to redeem vouchers that have expired.
